An integrated approach is more likely to work better than symptom control.
Often these people also have other complaints that can also be reduced with an integrated approach.
We then recommend our Skin Recovery Kit
The skin:
is an organ and in case of complaints it is important to treat this primarily from metabolism - digestion and the immune system.
Within the regular medicine, a lot of work is done with cortisone (hormone) ointments, anti-inflammatories, fungal creams.
This is often symptom control and not constructive for the long term.
Our approach is to focus on dietary-digestive-metabolism (metabolism)-resistance-stress reduction.
Hair:
The blood flow of the capillars to the hair roots is extremely important for the hairs.
The scalp is therefore very important for healthy hair growth, after all, the hairs we see are dead.
In addition, the right proteins, calcium, and zinc are important for healthy hairs.
The scalp is exposed to toxic substances during hair dyeing, use of gels, sprays, conditioners, lotions, permanent etc. Try to expose the skin to chemicals as little as possible.
Nails:
The nails grow from the hair root (nail matrix), if the blood flow from the capillars to the nail root is not good, a nail cannot grow properly.
Thin nails, streaks on the nails, depleting nails indicate a lack of nutrients.
Fungal nails are nails that are "populated" by fungi a fungus grows well in a warm, dark, acidic environment where sugars are the nutrients.
You can try to treat fungal nails by applying oregano oil or diluted organic apple cider vinegar to the nail
