Guduchi

Guduchu( Tinospora cordifolia) belongs to the Menispermaceae family and is a large, deciduous climbing plant that typically grows in deciduous and dry forests. It is spread over the tropical Indian subcontinent and rises from the Himalayas to the southern part of the Peninsula of India to an altitude of 300 m above sea level. It is also reported in neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. It is rightly called the magic herb because of its wide healing employability.
