There is no universal dosage , every person reacts differently. Some individuals experience a better effect with 1 drop than with several drops.
That is why we recommend starting with a low dose: 1 drop under the tongue and after a few days possibly increase the dosage to 3-4 x daily 2 drops etc. take a maximum of 24 drops per day.
Do not use during pregnancy or during breast feeding.
