The vital role of our body’s own endocannabinoid system (ECS)

lijst

The ECS system is an unknown system for many. Science has only been familiar with this system since 1992.
This system plays a crucial role in stress – anxiety – emotional/spiritual balance – addictions – energy management – quality of sleep – and psychosomatic complaints and much more.
It’s a super interesting and very complex matter. Briefly explained, the ECS system consists of two components CB1 receptors and CB2 receptors.

CB1 receptors are mainly localized in the central and peripheral nervous system, where they modulate the release of neurotransmitters in the presynaptic part of neurons

CB2 receptors are located mainly on peripheral organs and on immune ellen such as monocytes, macrophages, basophils, lymphocytes and dendritic cells, where they are involved in immunological reactions and in the control of inflammation.

Research has shown that the endocannabinoid system functions as an SOS mechanism that is activated when our body is out of balance for some reason. For example, it is activated when we suffer physical injury, when we encounter pathological microbes (bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, toxic loads and also when we feel emotional pain or experience stress.

The ECS serves as a general protection mechanism, starting at the cellular level and extending to the tissues, organs, the body and our general well-being. The ECS is turned on when cellular homeostasis (the body’s ability to monitor health by constantly restoring and balancing the internal or internal environment, even when conditions change) is out of balance. It is the first line of defense that activates all the other mechanisms necessary to restore homeostasis as quickly as possible.

Living in today’s modern society demands a lot from our endocannabinoid system. This can lead to depletion of the supply of endocannabinoids and other systems.
If the ECS system is exhausted you actually have a fire truck without extinguishing water and is no longer able to extinguish all fires this can further escalate into large dangerous forest fires….

Support a graphical overview of the areas of operation of CB1 and CB2. This explains the enormous interest, and the versatile action of phytocannabinoids as the auxiliary troops of the ECS with extinguishing water to extinguish the fires!

Phytocannabinoids
These are plant cannabinoids, the most well known being CBD and THC with THC to produce the psychoactive effect (the high effect). The buds of the Cannabis Sativa are rich in CBD Cannabidiol and THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannaniniol). You have the inner weed and the outer weed where the outer weed contains lower percentages of CBD and THC. The professionally grown indoor weed has particularly high concentrations of THC to get you as high as possible. In addition, they often work with chemical (toxic) fertilizers to maximize the harvest yield, where your overall functioning can become quite clouded. Highly sensitive people (HSP) people lose their spiritual connection at high concentrations of THC because a lot of “pollution” enters through astral plane.

Home weed

Many people have their own cannabis plants and smoke their own buds and make their own cannabis oil, with variable concentrations of CBD and THC. And this is insidious for the ECS system.
The ECS system is a very complex and sensitive in which a constant percentages and ratios of phytocannabinoids are very important. You can compare it with people with diabetes and thyroid problems, it is important to “arrange” the right dosage.

Which phytocannabinoids are known and what is their effect?

In the vernacular, CBD oil is spoken of, here it is really only about CBD Cannabinol and also THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannaniniol). In the past 5 years, more and more cannabinoids have been discovered with specific properties on the ECS system.
These do not come from the flower buds of the Cannabis Sativa but from the plant itself, in addition, a lot of breeding takes place.
The most recently “discovered” cannabinoids with very interesting scientifically based properties are:
CBN Cannabinol
CBG Cannabigerol
CBC Cannabichromene
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin
CBDV Cannabidivarin

Unfortunately, it is forbidden for us (ThreeWells) by law to publish health claims online as a producer/supplier of phytocannabinoids (this in contrast to dozens of websites that do this and risk fines of up to € 50000). Since we also have a natural naturopathic practice, we are allowed to explain this as a therapist to an individual client, please contact us.

It is clear that the manufacturers of antidepressants, sleep medication, pain medication, immunosuppressants, vaccines, antibiotics with their side effects and symptom control are nervous about this and want to “influence” this market for as long as possible until they come up with “improved” synthetic agents. There are already some synthetic cannabinoids;
There is no question of a war, it is a pharmacological operation…

You can also google scientific websites such as Pubmed, googlescholar, Elsevier Sciencedirect. There is no disease or condition in which there is no scientific research on the effect of Phytocannabinoids on this. New scientific studies are available daily
