Turmeric yellowroot (Curcuma longa) or Turmeric in English, is a plant of the ginger family (zingiberacea) that grows all year round. The plant is also known as koenjit or haldi in some Asian countries. Turmeric originates from the rainforests of South Asia.
The origin of the use of curcumin dates back about 5000 years ago. Curcumin is an adaptogeneous, dit are herbs that can adapt their function to specific body needs. As a result, turmeric can be used very widely.

Curcumin is the most active substance in turmeric and is not water soluble and therefore difficult to absorb, we use nano curcumin, this is a very fine ground curcumin with particle sizes between 90 and 300 nm.
