More than 99.99% of our customers are very satisfied with us and our products. We therefore assume that you will also be a satisfied customer. But if you do have a complaint, we naturally hope that you first report it directly to us, by emailing info@threewells.nl or by telephone on 0495 564321. We always try to find a solution, within the limits of reasonableness. .

If a complaint does not lead to a solution that is acceptable to you, you can submit your complaint / dispute for mediation to Stichting Webwinkelkeur. You can also choose to file a complaint with the ODR platform: The European Commission established in 2016 in an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) that consumers have the right to file a complaint with the ODR platform. This is possible via http://ec.europa.eu/odr, but this is only possible if your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere.

Synergy Nutriceutica BV considers customer service of paramount importance and assumes that it is not necessary that you have to turn to external authorities with a problem or complaint and that we will find a solution together if you do have a complaint.
