From the seeds of blackcurrants an oil is obtained by cold pressing. Contains a very high concentration with the important alpha-linolenic acid and a high content of phytosterols (antioxidants)

- Linoleic acid 42 %, Oleic acid 12,5 %
- Palmitic acid 6,5 %
- Stearic acid 2%
- Phytosterols
