Apple cider vinegar, produced in France from picked apples (not falling apples). Converted from apple juice to apple cider by natural fermentation and then converted from apple cider to apple cider vinegar by natural fermentation for 2 years in oak barrels
Unfiltered, unpasteurized, all organic nutrients such as the acetobacterium and “The mother of vinegar” are still present. This makes this vinegar cloudy and may contain “strings”, which is proof of the finest purest organic apple cider vinegar.

It is prohibited by law to state health claims with foods, we advise you to google and add research, university to the search function for scientific articles
