Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have a further 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all the accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, please contact us via sales@threewells.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registration of your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return exceptions
- In the case of sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
- established by the entrepreneur in accordance with consumer specifications
- products that are clearly personal in nature
- which cannot be returned by their nature;
- which can quickly spoil or age;
- temperature-sensitive products exposed to higher temperatures
- products that have been damaged by misuse of their own use
