Step 1: Clear Recovery
In addition to safe body bacteria (lactobacillius acidophilus and lactobacillus rhamnosus) contains honey powder and liquorice root. A healthy intestinal flora is of great importance because this is where everything starts… During this step, the intestines can react differently (bubbling, thinner/thicker stools, slight cramps), this is a good sign and means that the system is cleaning.

Contains the herb andrographis paniculata and supports our immune system.

Step 3: Food Essentials
Contains calcium, magnesium, vitamins, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, essential amino acids, fiber, algae and 70 other mineral trace elements.
To support metabolism and to improve the PH balance.

Step 4: Communication
Contains vegetarian omega – 3 – 6 – 9 essential fatty acids, tocopherols and tocotrinolen. Every cell in our body has a cell wall that consists of fatty acids, without essential fatty acids we cannot produce healthy cells (hence “essential”). Tocopherols and tocotrinoles have an anti-inflammatory effect. Furthermore, essential fatty acids play an important role in neurotransmitter functions, which can improve internal communication.
